James Allbaugh

Jim has more than 20 years of experience in providing services to individuals with disabilities. Prior to his service at Carey Services, Jim worked at a regional Aging & Disability Resource Center for 15 years. Jim’s experience includes health care, non-profit management, social services, fundraising, public relations, and agency administration. He has been with Carey Services since 2013. Jim is a current board member for Indiana Manufacturing Consortium, Strategic Indiana Provider Network, Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Afena Federal Credit Union in Marion, Indiana. Jim is a Rotarian with the Marion, Indiana, Rotary Club. He received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Anderson University. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Anderson University.

Yolanda Kincaid

COO / Chief Operations Officer

Yolanda has more than 14 years of experience in the human services field. She is passionate about serving those with challenges to achieve the highest degree of independence possible while focusing on the each unique person’s dreams and goals.  Prior to her service at Carey Services, Yolanda worked in various organizations serving individuals with disabilities. Yolanda has been with Carey Services since 2012.  Yolanda obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame.  As the Chief Operations Officer, her combination of social services background and business acumen supports several program areas within Carey Services.

Travis Cheney

CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Travis has more than seven years of experience working with non-profit service organizations in Grant County. Before joining Carey Services, Travis worked for five years in public accounting for a local firm and two years with a local for-profit corporation. Travis joined Carey services in 2016.  Travis obtained both his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and his Master of Professional Accounting Degree from Butler University, where he also swam on their men’s swim team. Travis is a board member of United Way of Grant County and is a board member and treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of Grant County. He is also a member of North Marion Rotary Club.

Greg Maynard

Director of Fund and Strategic Advancement

Greg has more than 30 years of experience as a professional communicator and working in the public and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Carey Services, Greg was a regional re-entry employment coordinator with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Greg has been with Carey Services since May of 2014. Greg has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University and also has earned the Global Career Development Facilitator credential. He is a federally certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist and Offender Employment Retention Specialist, and he is a member of the Indiana Offender Workforce Development Specialist instructor team. Greg is former board president of Home Savers of Delaware County and a board member and secretary of LEAD, Inc., in Grant County. He also is a board member of Marion Lions Club and a member of Muncie Sunrise Rotary Club.

Cathy Queen

Early Head Start Director

Cathy has more than 37 years as a professional in non-profit settings, and more than 7 years in Early Childhood Education. She has worked at Carey Services since 1977 in various capacities with experience in business administration, consumer programming, community partnerships, and staffing management. Cathy has worked as the director of human resources, quality assurance, and corporate compliance for many years before becoming the Director of Early Head Start services. Cathy has several years of education through Indiana Wesleyan University, and she serves in various community groups supporting early childhood service.

Bonnie Smith

Director of Human Resources & Staff Development

Bonnie has more than 30 years of experience working in Human Resources and staff development. Prior to her service at Carey Services, Bonnie worked in the public sector in manufacturing.  Bonnie has worked at Carey Services since 2011. Bonnie is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Bonnie earned her Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
