Trina Greenwald FNP-c has been a family nurse practitioner for 2 years and involved with the developmental disabilities field for over 6 years. She received her certification as a Developmental Disabilities Nurse in 2006. Her extensive experience working with the clients of Carey Services has made her one of the top professionals in her field.

Tabatha Franks LPN, DDC

Tabatha Franks, a certified LPN has been working to assist persons with developmental disabilities for nearly eight years in group home, supported living and skilled nursing environments. In May of 2006 she was the first LPN in Indiana to become certified by the Developmental Disabilities nurses Association. Tabatha is a wonderful resource for the families and community she serves.
