Carey Services assists people of varying degrees of ability find meaningful work in our community. Whether we are working for an individual with significant intellectual deficiencies or a college graduate with osteoarthritis, our goal is to provide the highest level of professional service to join seekers and the businesses that hire them.
Carey’s Employment Services assists persons with developmental disabilities, mental retardation, cerebral palsy, etc.), as well as individuals with deafness, degenerative arthritis, disabling back injuries, stroke, mood disorders, and mental illness.
Working with referrals from the Office of vocational Rehabilitation, our clients have included skilled trades-people with years of work history, a former military professional, highly skilled business people, and people with college degrees.
We continue to serve clients with developmental disabilities who bring a sense of commitment and desire to work to their jobs. These services include pre-screening and assessment, training assistance at no cost to the employer), and on-going consultation services.
