As a social enterprise of Carey Services, The aMPersand brings our mission to life: “Turning abilities into opportunities.” Through hands-on training and inclusive employment, we eMPower individuals with disabilities and disadvantaging conditions to build skills, gain confidence, and pursue meaningful careers.

The name “The aMPersand” reflects our values. The ampersand (“&”) is a symbol of connection - between people, ideas, and possibilities. The bold “MP” highlights My Path at Carey Services, reinforcing our commitment to personalized growth and empowerment.
