James Allbaugh

President / CEO / Chief Executive Officer

Jim has more than 25 years of experience in providing services to individuals with disabilities. Jim has more than 4 years leading early childhood education programming. Prior to his service at Carey Services, Jim worked at a regional Aging & Disability Resource Center for 15 years. Jim’s experience includes health care, non-profit management, social services, fundraising, public relations, early childhood education, and agency administration. He has been with Carey Services since 2013. Jim is a board member for Strategic Indiana Provider Network, Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, and the Strategic Insurance Trust. Jim is a Rotarian with the Marion, Indiana, Rotary Club. He received his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Anderson University. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Anderson University.

Yolanda Kincaid

COO / Chief Operations Officer

Yolanda has been dedicated to the human services field since 2000. She is passionate about serving those with challenges to achieve the highest degree of independence possible while focusing on the each unique person’s dreams and goals. Prior to her service at Carey Services, Yolanda worked in various organizations serving individuals with disabilities. Yolanda has been with Carey Services since 2012. Yolanda obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame. As the Chief Operations Officer, her combination of social services background and business acumen supports several program areas within Carey Services, including: Community Living (Group Homes and Supported Living), Employment Services, Respite Services, PAC Services, Community Habilitation, Facility Habilitation, Day Services, Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), Wellness Coordination, Intake/Outreach, Production Facility, Adult Services, Fund Development, Public Awareness/Events and Employee Engagement.

David Smith

Director of Finance / Controller

David has been with Carey Services since 2005 in various business office and accounting capacities. He was named director of finance in 2018. Before joining Carey Services, he was a billing specialist at another local not-for-profit agency for nine years. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a graduate of the Leadership Grant County program and is a board member and treasurer of the Marion Philharmonic Orchestra. He also is a board member and finance committee member of Ability Indiana.

Beth Wickham

Early Head Start Director

Beth has more than 20 years of experience in Head Start programming. She began her Head Start career as a teacher and eventually became site director and education coordinator with the Community and Family Services program in Portland, Ind., before joining Carey Services in 2018. She is a Gas City native and Mississinewa High School graduate. She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Ashford University and plans to pursue a master’s degree in early childhood education.

Bonnie Smith

Director of Human Resources & Staff Development

Bonnie has more than 30 years of experience working in Human Resources and staff development. Prior to her service at Carey Services, Bonnie worked in the public sector in manufacturing.  Bonnie has worked at Carey Services since 2011. Bonnie is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Bonnie earned her Master’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
