Get out your fedoras and spats or your flapper dresses and headbands and join us on March 7 as The ’20s Roar Again at Carey Services’ annual A Night at Carey dinner.
As part of National Disability Awareness Month, Carey Services conducts this dinner to celebrate the accomplishments of the individuals we serve, the staff members who support those individuals and community members and/or organizations who show dedication to the vision of seeing all people as equally valued. We’ll have ’20s-themed decorations and lots of opportunities for fun and celebration as we gather for the evening at Roseburg Event Center.
Tickets will be $75 a person, and table sponsorships for eight people are available for a discounted $520. We also have opportunities for you to be an event sponsor.
The highlight of the evening will be The Carey Awards, four awards that honor involvement with improving the lives of people with disabilities.
The awards are:
• Mission Leader Award — This award recognizes the Carey Services employee who has helped advance our mission in notable and significant ways
• Self-Advocate Leadership Award — This award recognizes a self-advocate who has demonstrated genuine leadership qualities
• Community Partner Award — This award recognizes a person, family, business or foundation that has partnered with Carey Services to make a substantial impact in our service area
• Heritage Award — This award recognizes a person or family that was instrumental in helping Carey Services grow into the agency it has become
